Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the websites of The Kiosk Pasta Bar and Boss of Burgers (the "Sites"), operated by The Carbonara Corp., a New York corporation doing business as NYC Urbans ("we", "us"). By using the Sites you accept these Terms.
1. Information on the Sites
- Menus, prices, opening hours and photos are for information. They can change without notice, and prices at the kiosk prevail. Photos are illustrative.
- Allergies: our kitchens prepare foods that contain major food allergens (for example wheat, eggs and milk in fresh pasta and cheese). If you have a food allergy, please tell our staff before ordering. We cannot guarantee that any item is free of allergens.
- Some features ("Order online", "Shop", "Member Card") are announced but not yet active.
2. Requests and bookings
A catering request or a dome booking sent through the Sites is a request. It becomes binding only when we confirm it in writing, with price and conditions. Bookings depend on the availability and permits of the location.
3. Member Card
The NYC Urbans Member Card is governed by its own Terms and Privacy Notice, shown before activation.
4. Franchising
No franchise is offered on the Sites. Any franchise information will be published only after the legal requirements are met.
5. Intellectual property
The names, logos, texts and images of The Kiosk Pasta Bar, Boss of Burgers and NYC Urbans belong to us or to their owners. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Third-party brand names are used only to identify their products, and their use does not mean a partnership unless we state it expressly.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the Sites to send false information, to send requests in someone else's name, to interfere with their operation, or for any unlawful purpose.
7. Links
The Sites may link to other websites (for example maps or delivery platforms). We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Sites are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the Sites or from temporary unavailability. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under New York law or federal law.
9. Accessibility
We want the Sites to be usable by everyone. If you have difficulty accessing any content, write to info@thekiosks.com and we will help you and provide the information in another way.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes are subject to the courts located in New York County, New York, unless the law requires otherwise.
11. Changes and contact
